Privacy policy

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. We do not know who you are, we do not track you between visits, and we have nothing to sell or share about you. What follows is the detail.

What we do not collect

There is no analytics or measurement software on this site. Specifically, there is:

• No Google Analytics, or any other analytics or A/B testing tool
• No advertising, remarketing or conversion-tracking pixels
• No social media embeds, share widgets or comment systems
• No session recording, heatmaps or device fingerprinting

The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss — there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts are served from this site, not from a font network

Web fonts are commonly loaded from third-party services, which means the font provider receives your IP address on every page you open. The typefaces used here are hosted on this site instead, so no font provider learns that you visited.

What our hosting provider processes

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data in order to deliver and secure the pages you request — typically your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page requested and a timestamp. This is ordinary server-log and security processing rather than anything we have configured to profile visitors. We do not receive visitor-level reports from it, and we do not combine it with anything else.

The contact form

The contact form on this site is not yet connected. The buttons are inert: if you type into the form and click, nothing is transmitted, stored or emailed. Anything you enter stays in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.

When the form is switched on, it will collect the name, company, e-mail address, chosen area of interest and any message you submit, and use them for one purpose — to reply to you. Enabling it will mean introducing a third-party service to deliver those messages, and this page will be updated to name that provider, where it stores data and for how long, before the form accepts a single submission.

This is a pilot site

This site is a work in progress, published on a temporary address while it is being built. It is excluded from search engine indexes and will move to a permanent Bull domain. This notice will be revisited at that point.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right of access, rectification and erasure; the right to restrict or object to processing, including for marketing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

In practice this site holds nothing about you to access, correct or delete. These rights matter from the moment the contact form is switched on, and they apply in full to any message you send us thereafter.
